- Stringlab provides professional stringing, pickup, and delivery services of tennis strings.
- Services are offered within Singapore unless otherwise specified.
3. Orders & Account
- Orders must be placed via our website.
- Account information must be accurate and kept up-to-date.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup and delivery locations must be within designated service areas.
- Customers must ensure tennis rackets are securely packed for transit.
- Stringlab is not responsible for damage during transit beyond reasonable care.
5. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (S$) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment must be made in full before service commencement.
- We accept online payment only, via approved methods as listed on our website.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Late cancellations may incur fees as specified in our policies.
7. Turnaround & Delays
- Standard turnaround times apply and will be communicated upon order confirmation.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; we will notify customers promptly.
8. Quality, Warranty & Restring Policy
- We strive to provide high-quality workmanship; any defects due to our service will be addressed within 7 days of completion.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or external factors, and damage done outside of our service ownership..
- Re-stringing services may be offered at our discretion and subject to additional charges.
9. Risk & Liability
- Stringlab is not liable for loss or damage beyond our control during transit or service.
- Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
10. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information and ensure rackets are ready for pickup.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
11. Prohibited Uses
Use of our services for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Stringlab's services and content remain the property of Stringlab or its licensors.
13. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you agree to receive communications related to your orders and service updates.
