Partner Hub Drop-off & Return

Stringlab partners with select organisations — clubs, gyms, and communities — to set up partner hubs: physical locations where members can drop off and collect their rackets in person, instead of scheduling a courier.

Exclusive access for members

Access to a partner hub is exclusive to members of the partnered organisation. If your organisation has one, you’ll see it as a drop-off option when placing an order. Of course, you still continue to have access to the usual door-to-door pickup.

Drop-off at the hub

It’s simple: on the drop-off day you selected, just bring your bare rackets to the hub yourself, before the time cut-off shown in the app.

Choose how you get your rackets back

Once your rackets are strung, you can choose to:

• Collect from the same hub — often faster since there’s no courier involved. We’ll notify you as soon as your rackets are ready for collection.
• Have them delivered to your home or office address instead, just like a regular order.

If you choose delivery instead of hub collection, it works exactly like a standard order — see Pickup & Delivery for details on courier timing and how your rackets are packaged for the trip back to you.
